  • Wilde Heart is located in Saddle River, NJ and we are excited to announce we have a new location coming in Pompton Lakes, NJ. The Pompton Lakes location will include a sensory/play therapy room, a yoga/meditation space and a traditional office space. We also offer virtual sessions.

  • Yes! We are proud to accept some of the more common insurance providers. It is one of our fundamental values to provide excellent care at an affordable cost. If we do not take your insurance, we are happy to discuss application for out-of-network benefits, payment plans or sliding scale options.

  • It is important at Wilde Heart to offer realistic prices that reflect our expertise and also consider the current economic landscape. We really do believe in the right to affordable, quality care. Please keep in mind that we are able to make adjustments depending on your circumstances.

    • Individual sessions $150

    • Educational seminars $50

    We will be offering various groups in the Pompton Lakes location for children, adolescents, adults, and parents. Many of these groups will be focused on social connection, skill-building and somatic healing. These will be offered at drop-in prices ranging from $25-$50 depending on group size.

    Also, dare I say? It’s fun! Of course, as appropriate, but I believe that this process should include joy, humor and all the moments in between. I have some clients I worked with for 6 months and others I have seen on and off for years. I will not rush you out the door, but I will be direct when things have stalled. Progress is not linear and your involvement in therapy should not be either!
